La settantacinquesima edizione dei Golden Globe si è conclusa da poco al Beverly Hilton Hotel. Il vincitore indiscusso della serata è stato “Tre manifesti a Ebbing, Missouri”, la nuova pellicola di Martin McDonagh, che ha portato a casa ben quattro statuette su sei candidature. Il film, che arriverà nelle sale italiane a partire dal prossimo 11 gennaio, si è aggiudicato i premi per miglior sceneggiatura, miglior film, miglior attrice non protagonista e miglior attrice drammatica.
Battuto, inaspettatamente, The Shape of Water in quasi tutte le categorie, trionfando esclusivamente nella miglior regia. La statuetta per il miglior film d’animazione ha, ovviamente, premiato Coco, il nuovo lavoro Pixar, mentre la pellicola italiana Chiamami col tuo nome, di Luca Guadagnino, è tornata a casa senza nessun riconoscimento.
